The Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) is a simple at-home test that measures your mineral levels, metabolic rate, and exposure to toxic heavy metals using a small hair sample. It offers insight into how your body is handling stress, producing energy, and maintaining balance. This foundational test helps uncover deep-rooted imbalances that may be affecting your overall health.

At-Home Testing
All Equilife functional medicine labs are shipped to and performed within the comfort of your own home. Your samples are then mailed back to the lab where your results are processed. Results are usually received within 3-4 weeks. Please be sure to collect and return your sample within 14 days of receipt of your lab test. All lab tests expire within 6 months of purchase.

During this session, you'll receive a personalized action plan based on your lab results and your individual health history, which will be gathered beforehand and discussed in detail during the consultation.
