After your initial consultation, ongoing coaching keeps you accountable, adapts your programming as you progress, and digs deeper as your picture becomes clearer.

Exercise

Programming structured to support your specific objectives — whether that's body composition, performance, recovery, or hormone optimization.
Supplementation
Targeted supplement protocol
A supplement stack built from your functional lab findings — addressing the specific deficiencies and imbalances identified in your data, not generic wellness stacks.
Peptide programming available. If peptide therapy is appropriate for your goals and root imbalances, it can be incorporated into your protocol at an additional cost. This is discussed and evaluated during your consultation and ongoing check-ins.

Choose between the standalone consultation ($150) if you have recent labs, or the bundled consultation + bloodwork ($450) if you want a full functional baseline from day one.

Complete your health history review
Your 1-hour initial session covers your full health history, symptoms, goals, and lab findings — giving Nick the complete picture needed to build a meaningful action plan.

Receive your personalized action plan
You leave with a clear, prioritized plan — initial nutrition, exercise, and supplementation recommendations designed around what your data actually shows.

Begin ongoing coaching
Two check-in calls per month keep your programming current, your questions answered, and your protocol evolving as your body responds and your goals sharpen.
