Description
The IgG Food Sensitivity Test is a simple at-home blood spot test that helps identify delayed immune responses to 190 common foods. Unlike immediate allergic reactions (IgE), IgG sensitivities can trigger symptoms hours or even days after eating, making them difficult to pinpoint. This test provides valuable insight into how your body may be reacting to specific foods, helping you reduce inflammation, support digestion, and feel your best.
What is Measured
This test screens for immune reactions to 190 foods, including:
Dairy, eggs, gluten-containing grains, and non-gluten grains
A wide variety of fruits, vegetables, herbs, and spices
Meats, seafood, legumes, nuts, and seeds
Coffee, tea, sweeteners, and other common additives
It measures IgG antibody levels to each food, helping highlight potential sensitivities contributing to chronic symptoms.
