How to Complete Your Bloodwork Panel

Step 1: Purchase Your Lab Panel

During checkout, you will be asked to provide the following information:

  • Full legal name (exactly as it appears on your driver's license or government-issued ID)

  • Date of birth

  • Gender

  • Email address

  • Phone number

This information is required so LabCorp can properly identify you and process your laboratory order.

Step 2: Receive Your Lab Requisition Form

Within 72 hours of your purchase, you will receive a LabCorp requisition form via email.

Important: You must bring this requisition form with you to your appointment. LabCorp will not be able to complete your blood draw without it.

Step 3: Prepare for Your Blood Draw

For the most accurate results, your blood draw should be completed in the morning after an overnight fast.

Preparation Instructions:

  • Fast for 10–12 hours prior to your blood draw.

  • Water is encouraged and may be consumed during the fasting period.

  • You may brush your teeth as normal.

  • Avoid coffee, tea, energy drinks, gum, mints, supplements, and any food during the fasting period unless otherwise directed by your healthcare provider.

Step 4: Schedule or Visit a LabCorp Location

All blood draws must be completed at a LabCorp location.

You may schedule an appointment in advance or visit a participating location that accepts walk-ins, depending on local availability.

Step 5: Complete Your Blood Draw

When you arrive at LabCorp, bring:

  • Your LabCorp requisition form

  • A valid driver's license or government-issued photo ID

LabCorp will verify your identity and collect your blood samples.

Step 6: Receive Your Results

Once your laboratory testing is complete:

  • Your results will be delivered directly to me for review.

  • A copy of your results will also be available through your secure health portal.

Step 7: Schedule Your Results Consultation

After your results are received, you will be sent an email with a link to schedule your consultation.

During this consultation, we will review your findings, discuss potential areas of imbalance, and develop a personalized health strategy based on your results, goals, and symptoms.

  • Results turnaround times vary but are typically available within 1–2 weeks after your blood draw.

  • Please ensure that the information provided during checkout is accurate to avoid delays in processing your lab order.
